Shipping policy
We use USPS postal service and ship within the United States and Canada.
We try our best to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after we ship. Please allow up to 10-14 business days to receive your order after it has been shipped. We are making every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we very much appreciate your patience.

Shipping policy
Please be sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing and order. Domestic orders require a verified U.S. billing address; we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
PonchoProject is not responsible for packages delayed or lost in transit. Once package has been scanned, responsibility for shipment lies with the courier. If you experience a delay or any issue with your shipment, please contact the courier that has been.
Duties and taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
